Spencer Technical College acknowledges their responsibility and duty of care for students. With this in mind, the College has agreements with a various home stay organisations in the local Brisbane area for students 18 years of age, or over.
Spencer Technical College has a very clear and accessible Grievance policy. If a student should have a complaint, grievance or dispute with their home stay provider, they should raise concerns with their SSO in the first instance. The SSO will acknowledge the issue within twenty-four (24) hours, and will facilitate a resolution with the assistance of relevant officers typically within five (5) working days.
